LECTURE SERIES
The Need
Like earlier hinted, the Faculty is blessed with many acclaimed scientists and researchers majority of whom are making waves, worldwide. Unfortunately, the Faculty is not making the needed impact on the university community in the area of dissemination of scientific information through Public lectures, Symposia, Colloquia and Seminars.
There is need to inundate the university community with information on key subject areas, so as to truly prove our relevance and deliver key scientific information that will comprehensively keep the community informed.
We are looking for Individuals and Establishments who would wish to institute LECTURE SERIES, to be named after them, in any area of their choice. This will involve the individual or establishment, donating a lump sum that will be fixed, and the interests utilized to run the Lectures which could be yearly or biennially. They may select the speakers or ask the Faculty to select on their behalf.
Our Resources
The Faculty has a pool of vibrant researchers and scientists that can adequately anchor the Lecture series. We also have available halls to host the Lectures and Workshops.
