On September 16th, 2021, the faculty of pharmacy at the University of Nigeria Nsukka held its Oath Taking and Induction Ceremony for graduating pharmacy students. 333 graduates were inducted into the Pharmaceutical Council of Nigeria.

This is a Ritual Induction and Oath Taking Ceremony for Young Graduates from the Faculty of Parmaceutical Sciences of University of Nigeria, Nsukka. this year's Ceremony was done under the Deanship of Young and Erudite Professor, Kenneth Chibuzor Oforkansi.

PROPOSALS LIBRARY/BOOKS The Need Our Faculty Library which services the entire student population as well as staff of the Faculty, is filled with old and antiquated books, journals and reference materials. The Library also needs to be connected to standard sites e-libraries and e-resources, to ensure access to modern online journals and reference materials.

PROPOSALS EQUIP A LABORATORY SCHEME /EQUIPMENT PROCUREMENTS The Need In terms of research equipment, the Faculty is grossly lagging. Basic equipment for training our undergraduate and graduate students are lacking. Most of the time, the students only see these facilities without using them, since they are dysfunctional.
LATE PROFESSOR DORA AKUNYILI MEMORIAL
The late national icon, former Director General of NAFDAC and Minister for Information, Professor Dora Nkem Akunyili, was our product at both Bachelors, Masters and Doctoral levels. Additionally, she lectured with us for a reasonable length of time, before joining her husband at Enugu Campus. The death is a big blow to the Faculty and indeed the entire nation.
